In the book, "Strange and Unexplained Phenomena," a story is related about a cloud that suddenly appeared in a clear, blue sky on September 5, 1814.
It was perfectly round, was spinning and making rumbling noises! It stayed in one spot for a short time, then reportedly moved at high speed toward the south.
Suddenly, the cloud exploded and showered down stones, some of them quite large! The cloud then faded away!
Amazingly, the same sort of cloud was reported right here in the Midwest, in Noblesville, Indiana in 1923.
To this day, there has been no logical explanation for the strange clouds, other than weather and nature can sometimes be very strange!
